How to Use Our Reports ...

The uses of The Parish Statistical Report and all of our other reports fall into three broad categories. 

Planning

It has been said that if you don't know where you are headed, that's where you will end up. Our reports are effective planning tools. With a clearer picture of where your church organization is, and where it has come from, leaders will be in a better position to make informed decisions regarding future plans and objectives.

Evaluation

Our reports enable leaders to determine whether or not the plans and objectives that have been set are being met. Discussions and debates at vestry meetings will be more efficient and effective because members will focus on what the data is communicating rather than what the data is. Further, our reports will enhance the evaluation of the effectiveness of both the ordained and lay leadership, as well as the various ministries within the church community.

Communication

All of our reports can be used as communication tools. They can supplement your annual report, or be provided to parish leadership, new employees, new members, and individuals considering joining the church.
