reports summarize the data for your diocese as a whole
and for every individual parish within your diocese. All
reports can be created for and ordered by individual

Parish
Statistical Report, produced in color, for every
church in your diocese. The report will show each
church's data over a period of years, how these
numbers are trending, and how they compare to the
most recent year's diocesan and national averages. |
| The Parish Statistical Summary is a two-page
comprehensive review of key Parochial Report data.
The data are categorized under five major headings:

The report provides data from 10 years ago as
well as data for each of the last five years. The
figures are presented as raw numbers as well as in
graphs.

| The Bishop's Report
is a summary of membership and financial data
from 10 years ago along with data for each of the
last five years. The Bishop's Report is free with
your purchase of the Parish Statistical Report. |
| The Stewardship Report reviews adult pledge
units, average pledge, average annual giving, and
pledge and plate figures. The degree of change for
current data is compared to figures from 10 years
ago, 5 years ago, and the previous year. Graphs
showing the last ten years of activity are also
provided. In addition, the proportional giving
percentage for a parish is compared to the
diocesan average and the national average. |
| The CRAB Report was
originally developed for the Diocese of Texas and
is now provided to over 1000 Episcopal parishes.
CRAB is an acronym for confirmations, receptions,
and adult baptisms, the total of which when
divided by average attendance provides the CRAB
percentage. A result in the area of 10% is
considered an indicator of effective evangelism.
Top-line financial data including operating
revenues, pledge units, and average pledge for the
previous seven years is also provided. |
| The 10-Year Average Attendance Chart shows
average attendance for each of the past 10 years
as well as projections for the future. |
